Where does GirlyChic ship to?
We currently ship only within the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Total delivery takes 6–10 business days from the date of purchase. This includes 1–2 business days for processing and 5–8 business days for shipping.

What is the order cut-off time?
Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time or on weekends begin processing the next working day.

How much does shipping cost?
Orders under $98.00haveaflatrateof9.90. Orders of $98.01 and above ship free.

Which carriers do you use?
We use FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, and local courier services depending on your location.

When will I receive my tracking information?
A tracking link and number will be emailed within 2–5 business days after your order is dispatched.

What if my tracking is not working?
Contact us at info@girlychic.shop, and we will look into it right away.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How do I start a return?
Submit your return to the Returns Portal. Once approved, we will send a free return shipping label to your email address.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. GirlyChic covers return shipping fees on all eligible returns.

Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are available in-store only.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it promptly.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time.
