Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
Visit the Returns Portal to initiate a return. Once approved, we will send a free return shipping label to your email address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
GirlyChic covers return shipping fees. There is no cost to you for eligible returns.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available in-store only.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. For any damaged, defective, or wrong items, submit your returns within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve it promptly.

No Restocking Fees
GirlyChic does not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process the credit.

Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be refunded or applied after an order is placed.
